The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from Thimbles:

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Thimbles and will result in immediate account closure:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers (bonus abuse)
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other users or Thimbles staff
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents

You may close your Thimbles account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure any pending withdrawals are completed before closing your account.

Account Closure by Thimbles

Thimbles reserves the right to close any account under the following circumstances:

• If these Terms and Conditions are violated
• If you register using false information
• Involvement in fraudulent activity
• Failure to pass age verification
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
